NtelSec Inc. develops cutting-edge cloud solutions to protect our nation's critical infrastructure. Through innovation and collaboration, we safeguard what matters most: national and economic security.
To be the leading provider of innovative security solutions that build a safer, stronger, and more resilient nation.
NtelSec was founded by Eric Vélez-Villar — former FBI Executive Assistant Director and Vice President of Global Security at The Walt Disney Company — to bring operator-grade security to the organizations that safeguard national and economic interests.
Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, we develop advanced cloud software that protects critical assets and infrastructure. Our team blends decades of federal law enforcement, security, engineering, and design experience — building the standards we ask our customers to trust, into products like CUI Vault.
In August 2026, CUI Vault achieved FedRAMP Moderate equivalency — every control in the FedRAMP Moderate baseline implemented and independently assessed by Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, a FedRAMP-recognized 3PAO. We hold our own platform to the standard we ask our customers to meet. CUI Vault is not FedRAMP Authorized and NtelSec does not represent that it holds a FedRAMP authorization. FedRAMP Moderate equivalency is the standard described by DoD for cloud service offerings under DFARS 252.204-7012(b)(2)(ii)(D). Read the announcement.
When you trust your CUI to a vendor, you're really trusting the people behind it. Our board brings decades of operating experience inside the agencies that define the standards CUI Vault is built to meet.
